Cyber World Staff places real professionals — executive assistants, customer support specialists, IT help desk technicians, bookkeeping & AR assistants, sales development reps, and operations & data assistants — and pairs each seat with AI agents that absorb the busywork, so their hours go to judgment work, not busywork. Delivery is segmented: a US-person pool (US persons, US-located, including the bilingual English/Spanish option delivered from Puerto Rico, scoped to US business hours; required for government, SLED and CUI engagements), a US-located pool (common for clients working toward a SOC 2 attestation; our own attestation work is in progress), and approved nearshore and global locations — currently the Philippines only — for commercial work, where engagements are scoped for overnight coverage, with additional locations evaluated on request. HIPAA engagements additionally require signed agreements across every vendor in the path — ask what is in place first. The chosen location is written into the agreement and enforced with conditional access; every engagement is supervised by a US-person team lead. There is no standing bench in any location: for every engagement, including Puerto Rico and the Philippines, we recruit, vet and onboard the dedicated team, and the client interviews and approves before anyone starts. Access is zero-trust with virtual desktops for regulated work, named accounts, logged sessions and weekly access reviews. Fully managed: recruiting, vetting, payroll, benefits, equipment, security training, supervision, and the AI toolkit are included in one monthly figure. Pricing is segmented by delivery pool, not just hours: Hybrid Desk from $1,295/mo (AI answers first, a dedicated human is always behind it), Global Professional from $1,395/mo part-time and $2,195/mo full-time from the Philippines, and Bilingual US-Person seats from $2,495/mo part-time and $4,995/mo full-time from Puerto Rico, plus custom team engagements. Published prices cover customer support and operations roles; specialist roles price higher. A standard background check, the AI toolkit, equipment, payroll and benefits are included; enhanced screening, additional hours and extended coverage windows are add-ons. AI agent activity is never metered against a plan's human hours. Typical start: 2–3 weeks.
