How it works
From intro to commission.
- 01
Apply
A short call so we know who you're talking to and what you'd be recommending.
- 02
Share your link
You get a referral link and a code. Anything booked through it is attributed to you for 90 days.
- 03
They start
We scope, recruit, and place. You stay out of the delivery; we handle the engagement.
- 04
You get paid
Commission lands after their third cleared invoice.
Commission
What each placement pays.
- Hybrid Desk, or a Global Professional part-time seat
- $600
- Global Professional full-time, or Bilingual US-Person part-time
- $1,000
- Bilingual US-Person full-time
- $2,000
- Team engagement, three seats or more
- $750 per seat, up to $6,000 per client
Bring five active clients and you unlock 3% of monthly revenue on months 4 through 15 of every engagement you've referred.
The terms
- Commission is paid after your referral's third cleared invoice. New seats cost us money up front, so we pay once the engagement has proven it will hold.
- 90-day attribution window from first click.
- If the client cancels within six months, the commission is returned.
- No commission on add-ons, overage hours, or clients already in our pipeline.
- Payment by ACH or check, on the 15th of the month following the qualifying invoice.
The rules
We hold our own copy to a strict standard. We need you to hold to the same one.
- Disclose the relationship. The FTC requires it, and we require it. Say plainly that you earn a commission.
- Don't make claims we don't make. No certifications we don't hold, no productivity-multiplier claims, no promises about delivery locations beyond what's written on this site.
- Don't bid on our name. No paid search on "Cyber World Staff," "Cyber World Solutions," or close variants.
- No cold outreach. No purchased lists, no cold SMS, no robocalls. Referrals should come from people who already trust you.
- Don't present yourself as our employee. You're a partner, not staff, and the difference matters to our clients.
We'll end a partnership over any of these, and we'd rather say so now than after.
