• Contact and account information you or your organization provide — name, business email, phone, company, role, and billing details.
• Usage and device information — pages visited, referring URL, IP address, browser type, approximate location, and interaction events. We use this to operate the site and improve the product.
• Call, message, and conversation data that our AI agents process on behalf of our business clients ("Client Data"). This may include audio recordings, transcripts, chat messages, phone numbers, names, and other information a caller or visitor provides. We process Client Data as a service provider to the client that deployed the agent.
• Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and preferences.

• To provide, secure, and improve the Cyber World Staff platform.
• To operate AI agents on behalf of our clients, including quality assurance and human review.
• To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use trusted service providers to run the platform — including cloud hosting, telephony carriers, speech and language model providers, customer support tooling, and payment processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect information and use it only to deliver services to us.

We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are retained per the settings and instructions of the client that deployed the agent, and are deleted or anonymized on request in accordance with our client agreements.

We are a cybersecurity firm by origin. Tenant data is logically isolated, credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted through least-privilege controls, MFA, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk and respond to incidents.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to make a request regarding Client Data processed on behalf of a business, contact us at info@cyberworldsolutions.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. For Client Data, we typically direct requests to the client that deployed the agent.

Our AI agents place and receive calls and messages on behalf of our business clients. Each client is responsible for ensuring it has the legal basis and consent required to contact its end users, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. Our platform implements AI disclosure, recording consent, state-specific consent handling, and TCPA quiet-hours rules as part of default configuration.

The platform is intended for business use and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify you through the service or by email.
