Privacy Policy

Effective July 1, 2026

Cyber World Staff is a division of Cyber World Solutions LLC, a company with offices in Manchester, NH and San Juan, PR ("Cyber World Staff," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have. It applies to our website at cyberworldstaff.com and to the staffing services we provide to business clients.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact and account information you or your organization provide — name, business email, phone, company, role, and billing details.
  • Usage and device information — pages visited, referring URL, IP address, browser type, approximate location, and interaction events. We use this to operate the site and improve our services.
  • Client Data — information our professionals and the AI agents that support them handle while performing work for a business client. This may include call, chat, and email content, transcripts, phone numbers, names, and other information a caller or visitor provides. We process Client Data as a service provider to that client.
  • Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and preferences.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, secure, and improve our staffing services.
  • To enable our professionals — and the AI agents that support them — to perform work on behalf of our clients, including supervision and quality review.
  • To communicate with you about your engagement, support requests, and updates.
  • To meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
  • To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. We do not sell personal data

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our business — including cloud hosting, telephony carriers, speech and language model providers, support tooling, payroll, and payment processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect information and use it only to deliver services to us.

5. Retention

We retain account and billing information for as long as your engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and operational obligations. Call recordings, transcripts, and other Client Data are retained per the instructions of the client the work was performed for, and are deleted or anonymized on request in accordance with our client agreements.

6. Security

We are a cybersecurity firm by origin. Client data is logically isolated, credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit, our staff work on company-managed endpoints, and access is restricted through least-privilege controls, MFA, and audit logging. All work is performed from the delivery location specified in the client agreement. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk and respond to incidents.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to make a request regarding Client Data processed on behalf of a business, contact us at hello@cyberworldsolutions.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. For Client Data, we typically direct requests to the client the work was performed for.

8. Calls, recordings, and consent (TCPA notice)

Our professionals, and the AI agents that support them, place and receive calls and messages on behalf of our business clients. Each client is responsible for ensuring it has the legal basis and consent required to contact its end users, including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws. Where an AI agent handles first contact, AI disclosure, recording consent, state-specific consent handling, and TCPA quiet-hours rules are part of the default configuration.

9. Children

Our services are intended for business use and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, when appropriate, notify you by email.
